Return Policy Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks
  • Accessories, including hats, hair items, or jewelry
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our support team at info@kiddiecrush.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item, if applicable
  • Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you:
  • The return shipping address
  • Step-by-step instructions for mailing the item back
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@kiddiecrush.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect or damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.

 Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or credit card again.
  • Contact your payment provider — it may take time for the refund to post officially.
