Shipping Availability
We currently ship to most locations within the United States and selected international destinations.

Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Time and Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Shipping Costs

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or promotional materials.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 12–24 hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@kiddiecrush.com — we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:
- Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which vary by country.
- These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Kiddie Crush is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us at info@kiddiecrush.com.
We’ll assist in tracking your package and contacting the courier if necessary.
For stolen or missing packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier:
- We recommend checking with neighbors, family members, or your local post office.
- Kiddie Crush is not liable for packages after delivery confirmation, but we’ll do our best to help you locate it.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping time will be indicated on the product page.
All items in your order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise requested.
